Unity Sport Club – Terms & Conditions (Updated July 2026)
Terms and Conditions of Service
Unity Sport Club (USC), registered at 48 Birmingham Rd, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 0DD This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England.
DEFINITIONS
"USC" refers to Unity Sport Club or the person with whom you have entered this agreement. “Session” refers to USC children’s sports programmes, products and services. “Enrolment / Booking Form” refers to the form relating to the enrolment or reenrolment of a child on a USC class. “Fee” refers to the monetary cost of pay & play or monthly subscription as specified in the 360 player registration form. "Membership" refers to the monetary monthly membership programme. “Coach” refers to the individual(s) employed by USC to teach the course. "Young Leader" refers to the graduate coach USC is mentoring and supporting. “Premises” refers to the premises where the course takes place. “Child” refers to the child attending the course. “Terms” refers to the terms and conditions set out in this document. “Parent" refers to the parent/carer/legal guardian responsible for payment and contracting party.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
All agreements relating to the teaching of the Session by USC to the Child are subject to these Terms. No variation shall be binding unless agreed in writing. Terms are deemed accepted upon payment of the Fee. Parents agree not to copy or use any aspect of the USC Programme.
Payment
The Parent shall pay the full Fee prior to the Child commencing the selected course/event/class. Fees are non‑refundable unless agreed in writing. Monthly packages and pay & play fees cover venue hire, coaching, equipment and operational overheads. Places are limited; monthly subscriptions reserve a place whether the child attends or not. Fees may change annually to reflect increases in venue, coaching, compliance and regulatory costs. Monthly subscription fees are recurring. All pricing updates for 2026–2027 will be communicated no later than 1 March 2027.
Cancellation
USC may cancel a class before commencement due to circumstances beyond control and are not liable to provide a replacement session. USC is not liable for loss or damage arising from cancellation. Membership subscriptions continue until USC receives cancellation via email (info@unitysportclub.com). Parents must give at least four weeks’ notice before the next renewal date. For 2026–2027, renewal dates fall on the 1st of each month. Trial cancellations must be made within two days of the trial date. Refunds for lack of attendance are at USC’s discretion. Childcare vouchers or government tax‑free childcare are not accepted.
Parental Responsibility
The Parent warrants that all enrolment information is accurate and updated as needed. Parents must provide relevant medical and health information. Parents acknowledge USC’s Data Protection and Privacy Statement. Parents recognise USC’s legitimate right to use personal data for service delivery and regulatory compliance. Parents confirm the Child is not suffering from illness when attending sessions. Where the Parent is present, the Child remains under the Parent’s care and control. Parents recognise USC’s mission to promote healthy activity, behaviour and wellbeing. Parents must inform USC if a child is a Ward of Court. Parents indemnify USC against loss arising from Parent or Child actions. Parents are responsible for damage caused by the Child unless due to USC negligence. Mobile phone use is discouraged; phones used in class will be removed and returned afterwards.
Code of Conduct
Respect between coaches, parents and players is essential. USC implements a Code of Conduct as part of its safeguarding and welfare framework. The Code outlines expected behaviours and consequences for breaches. The Code is available on the USC safeguarding page.
Privacy & Data Protection
USC complies with UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. USC processes only data necessary for service delivery and regulatory compliance. USC will not store credit/debit card details. USC will not share data with third parties except for service delivery, FA compliance, emergency services, safeguarding, or legitimate interests. For events, tournaments, travel or group activities, relevant communication details may be shared for safety and emergency purposes.
Video Recording Policy for Junior Football Fixtures
1. Purpose
To protect welfare, privacy and safeguarding standards.
2. General Principles
Filming at home fixtures is prohibited unless using approved VEO/HUDL equipment with prior consent. Footage is for personal or developmental use only.
3. Parental and Guardian Consent
Coaches must verify 360 player consent before filming. Consent forms are included in registration documentation. Players with safeguarding restrictions will not be filmed.
4. Matchday Filming Protocol
Spectators are prohibited from filming or livestreaming on mobile phones at home venues. Coaches must inform away managers of this policy. Professional camera footage must be stored securely. Away fixtures follow host club policy.
5. Safeguarding and Privacy
Filming is forbidden in private areas. Children must not be identified by full name, school or location in public posts. Concerns must be reported to the Welfare Officer.
6. Social Media and Public Sharing
Coaches may not share professional footage publicly without approval. USC may request removal of content that breaches policy.
7. Enforcement and Breaches
Parents may be asked to stop filming or leave the venue. Follow‑up welfare meetings may occur. Serious breaches may be referred to safeguarding authorities.
Ownership and Return of Kit and Equipment Policy
Ownership
All kit and equipment remain the property of USC. Kits are issued after three continuous months of membership payments for 360 members. USC may adjust kit issue timelines annually.
Responsibility
Individuals must care for kit and equipment. Loss or damage may result in replacement costs or disciplinary action.
Return Upon Cancellation
All kit must be returned promptly upon cancellation. Failure to return items may result in legal action or withheld payments. For 2026–2027, USC may notify Birmingham FA and other clubs if kit is not returned within 14 days.
