PAN
DISABILITY
We want to create even more opportunities to play football if you have a disability.
Whatever your ability level, there has never been a better time to get involved and play disability football.
We are raising the profile and awarness for PAN disability football and are woking hard with local clubs to develop flexible, inclusive, and accessible playing opportunities at all levels and abilities.
Unity Sport Club believe in flexible, inclusive and accessible playing opportunities for everyone, and are committed to delivering a range of opportunities for players with a disability to access football at various levels across the county.
From grassroots to the elite game, we want to help support and signpost to where you will find how you can take part in disability football.
YOUTH
FOOTBALL
Youth football has seen significant changes in recent years. New formats have introduced to enhance ball touches, boost confidence, and foster the development of young players at every level. Small-sided games, including the new 3v3 format as well as5v5 and 7v7, lead the way in mini soccer within youth leagues, all leagues now implementing a 9v9 format before transitioning to 11v11.
For the 2026/27 season, we welcome children of all skill levels to join youth football in the Mercian & Central Warwickshire Youth Football Leagues, starting at u7s.
We have twenty two teams ready for the upcoming season, and placements are currently in progress. If you're interested, please register your interest today. Please note that our Inclusive Academy does not offer league format training follows FA regulations for pay and play football.

GIRLS
FOOTBALL
UNLEASH YOUR INNER LIONESS
With almost three million active female players, football is the biggest Women’s team sport in England – but there is plenty of room for more people to get involved.
Women’s football across the Birmingham County FA ranges from recreational small sided games, to professional teams with international players who are at the highest level of the game.
We are promoting and signposting more women and girls to play the beautiful game, which includes our u14 girls team for the 2026/27 season.
We are aligned to the FAs strategy objectives to be achieved.

FUTSAL
Youth Futsal is Back
Futsal is a five-a-side game, normally played on a flat indoor pitch with hockey sized goals and a size 4 ball with a reduced bounce. It is played to touchlines and all players are free to enter the penalty area and play the ball over head height. Games are 20 minutes per half, played to a stopping clock (similar to basketball) with time-outs permitted.
There are a number of differences to our traditional version of small sided football, but the dominant elements are the absence of rebound boards and amendments in the laws that encourage and foster skilful, creative play above the physical contact that tends to be a feature of English five-a-side.
The nature of the game places a large emphasis on technical ability, agility, playing under pressure.
Futsal provides an excellent environment to develop techniques that can be translated into the 11-a-side game.
